Sunday 30 March, in 1957 in California, the repose of the Servant of God Cora Evans. A married convert from the Mormons, she was known as a mystic. Her cause is in the early stages, but is active.
Also 30 March, in 1990 in Mississippi, the repose of Thea Bowman. A convert and a Franciscan sister, she is most known for helping make the African-American Catholic experience known within the Church. Though I don’t know if her cause is officially opened, there is at least unofficial movement in that direction.
Monday 31 March, among the Orthodox, the repose of S Innocent of Alaska and Moscow. He was a missionary across Siberia and Alaska from 1823 to 1868 and Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia from 1868 to 1879.

Tuesday 1 April, of interest in Mexico, the martyrdom of Bb Anacleto Gonzalez Flores, Jorge Vargas Gonzalez, Ramon Vargas Gonzalez and Luis Padilla Gomez.
Wednesday 2 April, the feast of S Pedro Calungsod. A layman from the Philippines, he was martyred on Guam, and is thus an American saint. He was canonized in 2012.
Also 2 April, of interest in Venezuela, the memorial of Bl Laura Evangelista Alvarado Cardoza.
Thursday 3 April, in 1891, the repose of Catherine Seton. A daughter of S Elizabeth Seton, she followed her mother into the Church and into the Sisters of Mary. I am not aware of a cause for her canonization.
Also 3 April, of interest in Chile, the repose of the Venerable Servant of God Dorotea Chopitea Villota de Serra.
Also 3 April, of interest in Mexico, the martyrdom of Bb Ezequiel Huerta Gutierrez and Salvador Huerta Gutierrez.
Friday 4 April, of interest to the Breton, in 1945 in Germany, the repose of Daniel Bonnin. A secular priest born in Brittany, he was executed by the Nazis. I am not aware of a cause for his canonization.
Saturday 5 April, in 1945 in the Philippines, the repose of Hyacinth Kunkel. A Maryknoller from New York, she went missing during the Japanese occupation and is presumed to have been killed.
Also 5 April, of interest to the Breton, the feast of S Vincent Ferrer. Born in Valencia, this great Dominican priest preached all around Western Europe, spending his last few years in Brittany. He was canonized in 1455.
Also 5 April, of interest in Canada, the repose of the Venerable Servant of God Rosalie Cadron-Jette.
Also 5 April, of interest in Argentina, the repose of the Venerable Servant of God Saturnina Rodriguez de Zavalia.
