Sunday 8 June, in 1960 in Naples, the repose of the Servant of God Antonietta Giugliano.  Born in New York, she and her family returned to Italy when she was only a few years old.  She would grow up to co-found the Little Servants of Christ the King.  Her cause went to Rome in 2013.

Also 8 June, in 1736 in Minnesota, the martyrdom of Jean Pierre Aulneau.  A Jesuit priest from France, Protomartyr of Minnesota, he was killed by Sioux.  I am not aware of a cause for his canonization.

Monday 9 June, in Illinois in 1959, the repose of Mary Mediatrix.  Born Frances Hennessey in Chicago, she was a religious with the Servants of the Holy Heart of Mary.  She is known as a mystic and associated with the Servant of God Aloyisius Ellacuria.  I am not aware of a cause for her canonization, but I am aware there is some press in that direction.

Also 9 June, of interest to the Breton, the martyrdom in 1794 in Paris of the Servant of God Francois-Georges Cormaux.  A secular priest from Brittany, he was one of the Martyrs of the Revolutionary Tribunal.  His cause, along with thirty-seven other martyrs, completed it’s diocesan phase in 1924.

Also 9 June, also of interest to the Breton, in 1950 in Nantes the repose of Gabrielle Bossis.  A laywoman and mystic, no cause has been officially opened for her, but inquiries have been begun in that direction.

Also 9 June, in Argentina and Puerto Rico, the feast of Mary, Mother of the Church.

Also 9 June, of particular interest in Brazil, the feast of S Jose de Anchieta.

Tuesday 10 June, in 1957 in Altoona, the repose of Richard Guilfoyle.  Third Bishop of Altoona, he reigned from 1936 to 1957.  I am not aware of a cause for his canonization.

Also 10 June, in 2002 at Conception Abbey, Missouri, the deaths of Damien Larson and Philip Shuster.  Benedictines, the first was a brother and the second a priest, killed when someone began shooting up their monastery.  I am not aware of a cause for their canonization.

Also 10 June, of interest to Royalists, White Rose Day.  Held on the anniversary of the birth of King James III, it was a Jacobite holiday.

Wednesday 11 June, in 2014 in Phoenix, the murder of Kenneth Walker.  A priest with the FSSP, he was shot in his rectory.  I am not aware of movement toward a cause for his canonization.

Also 11 June, of interest in Mexico, the repose of the Venerable Servant of God Maria of Jesus del Campo.

Thursday 12 June, of interest in Ecuador, the memorial of Bl Mercedes Molina Ayala.

Friday 13 June, I have nothing.

Saturday 14 June, in Puerto Rico in 1996, the killing of William Loperena Soto.  A Dominican priest, he was killed serving in a parish in Bayamon.  I am not aware of a cause for his canonization.

Also 14 June, in 2005 in Holidaysburg, Pennsylvania, the repose of James Hogan.  Sixth Bishop of Altoona-Johnstown, he reigned from 1966 to 1986.  I am not aware of a cause for his canonization.

Also 14 June, of interest in Brazil, the memorial of Bl Francisca de Paula de Jesus, called Nha Chica.
